Awareness

  • We do not tolerate racist, sexist and/or other discriminatory behavior.
  • We treat each other with respect and respect each other's boundaries and sensibilities.
  • We look out for each other and help each other.
  • We do not judge anyone, whistle or shout after anyone.
  • We want to celebrate peacefully together and solve problems non-violently.
  • We do not harass anyone.

We want to create a festival with you, where we can all celebrate apart from discriminatory behavior - without losing sight of the consideration of togetherness. We want to raise awareness for the individual boundaries of everyone and make sure that splash! and thus Ferropolis is a place where everyone can feel comfortable. Awareness for us is the awareness for a respectful coexistence.  For this it is important to respect the boundaries of everyone. We want all of us to be able to enjoy splash! away from any forms of discrimination such as sexism, racism, queer hostility, etc. and to focus on a shared, self-determined festival experience.

Show me the way to Panama!

To this end, we are building on our initiative of last year: In 2024, “Which way to Panama?” will once again be the code word with which you can address our employees. If you have experienced cross-border behaviour or feel uncomfortable, you can recognise all those involved by the pink button with the eye logo. We want to help you find out what you need at that moment. You can also come directly to Panama – a safe space where you can withdraw for a short time.

Awareness-Team

You can recognize our awareness team by the pink vests - you can meet them around the clock at the campsite, at Panama (during opening hours) or mobile on the festival grounds. They will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have and will work with you to find solutions.
