Diese Allgemeinen Teilnahmebedingungen gelten f&uuml;r alle Gewinnspiele, welche die Goodlive Festival GmbH oder rechtlich verbundene Unternehmen auf den durch sie betriebenen Website durchf&uuml;hren und in denen auf diese Bedingungen verwiesen wird. Eventuell zus&auml;tzliche Bedingungen zu den einzelnen Gewinnspielen gehen diesen Bedingungen vor.&nbsp;

2. Zur Teilnahme berechtigt an einem Gewinnspiel ist jede nat&uuml;rliche Person, die ihren st&auml;ndigen Wohnsitz in Deutschland und das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet hat. Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt sind gesetzliche Vertreter und Mitarbeiter von Goodlive Festival GmbH und der rechtlich verbundenen Unternehmen, sowie deren Verwandte und Verschw&auml;gerte 1. und 2. Grades. Nicht teilnahmeberechtigte Personen erlangen auch im Fall der Zuteilung eines Gewinns keinen Gewinnanspruch. Zur Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel m&uuml;ssen s&auml;mtliche Angaben &ndash; soweit Angaben gemacht werden &ndash; der Wahrheit entsprechen. Anderenfalls kann der Ausschluss erfolgen.&nbsp;

5. Erfordert die Teilnahme an einem Gewinnspiel die Zusendung von Materialien, gilt folgendes:&nbsp;

	Ferner versichert jeder Teilnehmer, dass er alleiniger Inhaber aller Nutzungs- und Verwertungsrechte an den von ihm &uuml;bermittelten Materialien ist und stellt die Goodlive Festival GmbH insofern von allen Anspr&uuml;chen Dritter frei.&nbsp;

	<li>
	Jeder Teilnehmer r&auml;umt der Goodlive Festival GmbH &nbsp;das ausschlie&szlig;liche und &uuml;bertragbare und im &Uuml;brigen unentgeltliche Recht ein, diese Materialien zeitlich, r&auml;umlich und inhaltlich unbeschr&auml;nkt zu nutzen. Gleiches findet Anwendung, sollten im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels Materialien vom Teilnehmer erstellt werden, z.b. Fotos, Videobeitr&auml;ge, dies immer unter Wahrung des Pers&ouml;nlichkeitsrechtes des Teilnehmers.&nbsp;

	Jeder Teilnehmer &uuml;bertr&auml;gt zudem der Goodlive Festival GmbH das Eigentum an den von ihm &uuml;bermittelten Materialien. Eine Eigentums&uuml;bertragung findet nur dann nicht statt, wenn der Teilnehmer ausdr&uuml;cklich und schriftlich gegen&uuml;ber der Goodlive Festival GmbH erkl&auml;rt, dass er das Eigentum nicht &uuml;bertragen m&ouml;chte.&nbsp;

	<li>
	Eine solche Erkl&auml;rung muss sp&auml;testens 10 Tage nach Abschluss eines Gewinnspiels (Tag der Bekanntgabe des Gewinners) der Goodlive Festival GmbH unter der im Impressum genannten Adresse zugegangen sein. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist kann das Label alle &uuml;bermittelten Materialien vernichten.&nbsp;

6. Es wird keine Haftung f&uuml;r jegliche Probleme oder M&auml;ngel im Zusammenhang mit Computern, Verbindungen, Netzwerken etc. &uuml;bernommen, die vom Teilnehmer f&uuml;r das Versenden einer Einsendung bis zum Einlangen in der Sph&auml;re der Goodlive Festival GmbH genutzt werden.&nbsp;

7. Die Goodlive Festival GmbH &uuml;bernimmt die Haftung f&uuml;r die an es &uuml;bermittelten Materialien nur bei vors&auml;tzlichem oder grob fahrl&auml;ssigem Handeln seiner Mitarbeiter oder von ihm beauftragter Dritter.&nbsp;

8. Die Goodlive Festival GmbH beh&auml;lt sich das Recht vor, bei &Auml;nderung der Rechtslage oder der Rechtsprechung oder aufgrund eines gerichtlichen Verbots die jeweiligen angek&uuml;ndigten Gewinne auszutauschen und durch andere Gewinne und Preise zu ersetzen, den jeweiligen Spielablauf zu &auml;ndern oder das Gewinnspiel insgesamt abzusagen. Dem evtl. bereits ermittelten Gewinner stehen in diesen F&auml;llen keinerlei Anspr&uuml;che gegen die Goodlive Festival GmbH oder gegen rechtlich verbundene Unternehmen zu.&nbsp;

9. Die Ermittlung der Gewinner erfolgt durch die Goodlive Festival GmbH, deren Mitarbeiter, Erf&uuml;llungsgehilfen oder beauftragte Dritte. Hierbei haftet die Goodlive Festival GmbH nicht f&uuml;r leicht fahrl&auml;ssiges Verhalten dieser Personen bei der Gewinnerermittlung.&nbsp;

10. Im Falle eines Gewinns wird der Teilnehmer in Textform (insbesondere per Post, E-Mail oder per Fax) oder telefonisch benachrichtigt. Erfolgt die Benachrichtigung in Textform, ist der Gewinner verpflichtet, der Goodlive Festival GmbH innerhalb von zehn Werktagen nach Erhalt der Benachrichtigung in der dort beschriebenen Form (rechtzeitige Absendung gen&uuml;gt) mitzuteilen, ob er den Gewinn annimmt. Erfolgt die Benachrichtigung telefonisch, wird die Goodlive Festival GmbH im Falle der pers&ouml;nlichen Nichterreichbarkeit des Gewinners, soweit technisch m&ouml;glich, eine Nachricht hinterlassen.&nbsp;

Der Gewinner muss innerhalb von drei Werktagen nach Erhalt dieser Benachrichtigung in der dort beschriebenen Form (rechtzeitige Absendung gen&uuml;gt) der Goodlive Festival GmbH mitteilen, ob er den Gewinn annimmt. Im Falle der Nichteinhaltung dieser Fristen ist die Goodlive Festival GmbH berechtigt, einen neuen Gewinner zu ziehen und den Gewinn anderweitig zu vergeben. Ersatzanspr&uuml;che des zun&auml;chst gezogenen Gewinners gegen&uuml;ber der Goodlive Festival GmbH sind ausgeschlossen.&nbsp;

11. Sofern es sich bei den ausgelobten Gewinnen um Sachpreise handelt, zahlt die Goodlive Festival GmbHden Gegenwert nicht in Geld aus. Der Teilnehmer erkl&auml;rt im Falle eines Gewinns (insbesondere bei Reisen), dass eventuelle Kosten, Spesen und sonstige Leistungen, die nicht als Gewinn oder als im Gewinn enthalten ausgelobt sind, vom ihm getragen werden. Weiterhin &uuml;bernimmt die Goodlive Festival GmbH keinerlei Haftung f&uuml;r Sch&auml;den, die durch den Teilnhmer verursacht werden und wird von ihm insoweit von allen Anspr&uuml;chen Dritter freigestellt.&nbsp;

12. Sofern der Teilnehmer gegen besondere Spielregeln oder diese Bedingungen verst&ouml;&szlig;t, ist die Goodlive Festival GmbH jederzeit berechtigt, ihn von der Teilnahme ohne Vorank&uuml;ndigung auszuschlie&szlig;en.&nbsp;

13. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.&nbsp;

14. Bei Unwirksamkeit einzelner Bestimmungen dieser AGB bleiben die &uuml;brigen Bestimmungen g&uuml;ltig. Es gilt deutsches Recht. Sofern der Kunde Vollkaufmann, juristische Person des &ouml;ffentlichen Rechts oder ein &ouml;ffentlich-rechtliches Sonderverm&ouml;gen ist, gilt als Gerichtsstand ausdr&uuml;cklich Chemnitz als Sitz des Anbieters als vereinbart.&nbsp;

Just last Friday the Cali King dropped his third solo album and once again set new standards. High time to fulfill this birthday wish for you and us and invite him to the 25th splash! anniversary.&nbsp;

And what would a birthday party be without surprise guests? Therefore we have another spoiler for you: There will be a legendary secret act at splash! 2023 that fits the motto &quot;25 years of splash!&quot; as perfectly as canned beer fits into a funnel. Stay tuned! &nbsp;

YEAT is coming to splash!

Once a year, the biggest hip-hop party in the country takes place under the mighty bucket-wheel excavators on the Ferropolis peninsula. For one weekend, tranquil Saxony-Anhalt becomes not only the site of the world&#39;s largest permanent moshpit, but home base for the reunion of the hip-hop scene. This is where the magic happens that the German rap scene talks about all year long: Surprising collabos on stage and escalation in front of it, celebrating the goodlife at the campsite the next morning and swimming in the clear waters of Gremminer See while the hottest DJs play their sets - and all that with the best community in the world: you! Also in this festival season this recipe for success continues - the splash! invites you again to the most unique festival avenue in Europe with a lineup that promises you the heaviest acts of the hip hop world with the most surprising new discoveries and is always two steps ahead of its time.

This exciting ensemble will be the backdrop for this year&#39;s splash! Festival! Whether impressive monuments of industrial history or nature and relaxation on the shores of Lake Gremmin - at Ferropolis every:r splash! visitor will get his money&#39;s worth! The transport connections via federal highways, freeways and railways are optimal. The international airport Halle/ Leipzig is only 45 minutes away by car. The nearest train station is Gr&auml;fenhainichen, from where shuttle buses leave several times an hour in the direction of Ferropolis. Lake Gremmin and Ferropolis can be reached via the B107 exit J&uuml;denberg in the direction of Gr&auml;fenhainichen.

<h3>Ferropolis</h3>

The &quot;city of iron&quot; Ferropolis is located between Leipzig and Berlin, near the small town of Gr&auml;fenhainichen. Since 2009, the peninsula has been home to the splash! Festival. If the landmarks of Ferropolis, the imposing excavators, could tell stories, many of them would tell of the mindblowing live shows in hip-hop Germany. However, their story begins significantly earlier, when the region was still an open-cast mining area. Since the turn of the millennium, not only has Lake Gremmin been created, which is the perfect spot for refreshment in the warm festival summer, but also one of Germany&#39;s most unforgettable open-air museums and event locations, Ferropolis.&nbsp;

Ferropolis is accessible by public transportation: Halle/Leipzig International Airport is just a 45-minute drive away. The nearest train station is Gr&auml;fenhainichen (served by the S-Bahn from Bitterfeld or Wittenberg), from where shuttle buses leave several times an hour to Ferropolis.&nbsp;

By car you can get to Ferropolis via the B107: Directly after leaving J&uuml;denberg in the direction of Gr&auml;fenhainichen you will find the splash! parking lots.

<h3>25 years &ndash; and it don&rsquo;t stop!&nbsp;</h3>

What began in 1998 in a Chemnitz youth club has made rap history. At a time when hip hop was not yet the biggest music culture in the world, the creative environment around the Chemnitz based rap crew Tefla &amp; Jaleel founded splash! - the first hip hop festival in the German-speaking area. Within a year, the number of visitors increased tenfold. The splash! became THE meeting place of the growing hip hop scene. Numerous rap stars had their most legendary performances on splash! stages, many national and international hip hop GOATs were part of the festival lineup long before their breakthrough.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&quot;Probably no other event has shaped hip hop in the German-speaking scene over the last 25 years like splash! Being a contemporary witness of this unique festival history with all its ups, downs and legendary hip hop moments fills me personally with a lot of gratitude.&quot;&nbsp; - DJ Ron&nbsp;

Yet the history of splash! is not only on stage a quite eventful one: In the 2000&rsquo;s, the future of the festival was uncertain at times. For years, heavy rain and storms had ruined the splash! weekend for the crowd. Not even the incredible shows by international rap legends like Mobb Deep or the unique format &quot;splash! meets Classic&quot; could change that. The bad weather crisis also had a financial impact. It is thanks to numerous rap stars of the time, such as Samy Deluxe, the Beginners, Torch and Azad, as well as the Robert Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra Chemnitz, that sufficient donations were collected in 2006 under the appeal &quot;Save splash!&quot; to enable the splash! Festival to continue.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&quot;At that time, it felt like seeing your child lying in intensive care. Only through the will and commitment of many companies, visitors and artists the splash! could be saved. Around 500,000 euros in donations were collected in the end.&quot; - Mirko Ro&szlig;ner, co-founder of splash! and managing director of Goodlive Festival GmbH.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

In 2007, the festival left its home in Chemnitz. On the Pouch peninsula near Bitterfeld, splash! celebrated its ninth and tenth anniversaries with headliners like Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg. Two years later, what belongs together finally came together: splash! moved to Ferropolis. The legendary &quot;City of Iron&quot; has been the permanent home base of Germany&#39;s best hip-hop festival ever since.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&quot;For me as a long-time visitor, Ferropolis has always been a place of longing. The mighty scenery gives the impression of a parallel world, where escapism and festival ecstasy have a much stronger effect. Every year when I leave Ferropolis and watch the splash! aftermovie a little later, it feels like being homesick.&quot;&nbsp; - Till Arndt, Head of splash! Festival&nbsp;

Parallel to the new homebase, rap entered what was probably the greatest peak phase in its history, and splash! accompanied the developments of the national and international hip-hop scene up close. From Kendrick Lamar to Travis Scott and Nicki Minaj to RIN, Haftbefehl and Cro - the best rap acts of their generations belonged on splash! stages and created real magic. The joint performances of Ufo361 and Future, Gucci Mane and Haftbefehl, as well as Casper and Marteria have long since gone down in the hip-hop history books. And the story is far from over...&nbsp;

Most important rapper of our time, G.O.A.T., living legend: After Kendrick Lamar&rsquo;s unforgettable show at Mercedes Benz Arena in Berlin, we gave our all to bring this &ldquo;good k.i.d.d.&rdquo; back to Germany. Ten years after his very first splash! performance he is going to write history at Ferropolis.

With Lil Uzi Vert and Ufo361, two of your absolute favorites are going to return to the City of Iron. Uzi&rsquo;s legendary stage dive from our mainstage last year went viral &ndash; so we can&rsquo;t wait to see what this Philly talent has in store for us this year.

Finding the right words to introduce Ufo361 is simple: Who within the German rap scene has set such standards? No one, right. Talking about &ldquo;Standard&rdquo;: Our first co-headliner Trettmann is connected to splash! via a long history that most definitely isn&rsquo;t finished yet.&nbsp;&nbsp;

And yes, we can still increase your anticipation: Ski Mask The Slump God is only one of the amazing artists that are going to rule the Beach Stage. Yung Lean is finally going to bless you with a crazy performance after his show last year got cancelled. In general, the international line up of splash! 2023 is beyond expectations: Memphis&rsquo; very own rap queen GloRilla and the two ATL heirs of the throne Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely will debut at splash! stages, so will do the multi-talented JELEEL! and Florida home grown Cochise. Canada&rsquo;s Dark Rap export Night Lovell, feuilleton&rsquo;s favorite Denzel Curry and Compton hit machine YG are going to make sure that you end in a proper mosh pit. Plus, we are expecting two very special guests from the United kingdom: Aitch and skaiwater.&nbsp;&nbsp;

From the midst of the German rap cosmos, artists such as badm&oacute;mzjay, Haftbefehl, C&Eacute;LINE, Kitty Kat and Flavio are going to create unforgettable splash! moments. A proper escalation will be offered by Ski Aggu, $oho Bani, LIZ, Gola Gianni, viko63 &amp; penglord and many more.&nbsp;

The first thing you need to do is to purchase the right ticket. Tickets are available exclusively in the <a href="https://www.ticketmaster.de/event/514495?brand=de_splash">ticket shop</a> on our website.&nbsp;

Your weekend ticket is the base. &nbsp;

With this ticket you will have access to the camping site and the festival area for the whole festival weekend and you can visit the live program. &nbsp;

In addition, there are various Ticket Upgrades and&nbsp;Add-Ons for Comfort Camping, Premium Access, Glamping as well as Parking Tickets, which you should book before the limited contingents are sold out. You can find out which Upgrades and Add-Ons are right for you with the help of <a href="https://splash-festival.de/info/ticketinfo-2024">this overview</a>. &nbsp;

In the ticket store, you first buy your Weekend Ticket, and then the corresponding Upgrade and Add-Ons.

Your ticket will be validated after your arrival at splash! and exchanged for a festival wristband, which will serve as your ticket for the rest of your stay at the festival.&nbsp;

Also plan your food for the weekend. There is no supermarket on the festival grounds. Drinks are available at the splash! Mini-Market at the camping site. On the festival grounds and at the camping site you can snack your way through a wide range of street food stands. There are also vegan and vegetarian offers.

With your festival ticket you can arrive from Wednesday, July 3, 2024 and settle in at the campsite already. The exact arrival time will be announced later. An earlier arrival is not possible, because the camping area is not accessible before. &nbsp;

Ferropolis is located near Gr&auml;fenhainichen, about 20km away from Dessau and is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car or caravan.

We recommend you to travel by train or bus for several reasons: You will save extra costs for parking and avoid long traffic jams - the access roads to the festival area are usually very crowded at the beginning and end of the festival. Last but not least, traveling by public transport is much better for the environment and reduces your ecological footprint. &nbsp;

Please plan some extra time for your arrival, to wait for the shuttle bus or the allocation of a parking space, to change your wristband and to navigate your way around the campsite. &nbsp;

With the&nbsp;Weekend Ticket you will be accommodated in Camp purple, Camp blue or Camp yellow. If you have booked a Premium or Comfort Upgrade, you will stay at the Premium Campsite. Glamping in Cribs and Cabins will take place at splash! Ville. &nbsp;

You are free to choose your camping spot, but there is a &quot;first come, first served&quot; principle for the most popular camping spots. Please only camp in the designated areas and always follow the instructions of the security staff. &nbsp;

You will find toilets, drinking water stations and several shower containers throughout the campsite.

As you can see on the map, the camping area is separated from the festival area towards the main road. Between camping and festival area is a distance of about 15 to 20 minutes walking.&nbsp;

There is a bus shuttle between the camping site and the festival area. All information about shuttle offers can be found here soon.&nbsp;

Alternatively you can walk along the lake to the festival area in about 15 to 20 minutes.  &nbsp;

<h3>PROGRAM</h3>

Over three days there will be a big and varied program on and around our stages, the camping site and our FAIRopolis Area.  &nbsp;

On the campground stages Radio Stage and FAIRopolis the program starts every day already in the morning. The festival area with the biggest stages opens in the afternoon. The program will last until the early morning hours. &nbsp;

The site plan is already online, but will be updated until shortly before the festival.

Youth Protection

Ferropolis is centrally located between Berlin and Leipzig, about 20km away from Dessau in Saxony-Anhalt. The peninsula is easily accessible via Gr&auml;fenhainichen train station by train from Berlin via Lutherstadt Wittenberg or directly from Leipzig. From Gr&auml;fenhainichen shuttle buses run at regular intervals to Ferropolis.

With your splash! Festival ticket you have access to the camping area from Wednesday, July 03, 2024. The exact opening time will be announced.&nbsp;All ticket holders are guaranteed a camping site, no matter when you arrive in Ferropolis.

Please note that you need the Parking Add On&nbsp;to be able to park your car on the parking lot. You can book this on the ticket page.

You can make yourself comfortable on the campsite after your arrival on Wednesday, before the shows of your favorite acts start on Thursday!

Cashless terms and conditions

The cashless payment system provided by the organizer and distributed by Weezevent (<a href="https://www.weezevent.com/">https://www.weezevent.com/</a>), 14 rue de l&#39;Est - 21000 Dijon, France (hereinafter &quot;RFID chip issuer&quot;), is the only payment method at MELT Festival. The organizer and the customer (also &quot;RFID chip carrier&quot;) agree on the following:

When purchasing the festival wristband (hence &quot;RFID chip&quot;), the RFID chip issuer and the RFID chip wearer conclude a contract for the use of the RFID chip as a means of payment. By adding credit to the RFID chip, the organizer and the consumer agree to use it as a means of payment under the following criteria. The RFID chip holder and the relevant acceptance points have a separate contract when using their services.

The RFID chip will only be used at the 2023 event. The RFID chip issuer can commission third parties to provide contractual services. Name and e-mail address are personalized on the RFID chip according to the connection between the organizer and the customer. The RFID chip cannot be passed on. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen RFID chips.

At locations that accept RFID chips, customers can pay without cash. Each payment process reduces the credit on the RFID chip. The RFID chip can be used for payment at the affiliated acceptance points from receipt until it expires. The remaining credit can be refunded online within four weeks after the event. There is a small fee per transaction for online refunds. Promotional credits/vouchers are non-refundable and will expire after the event.

The customer is responsible for the loss and misuse of the RFID chip. The acceptance points do not check ownership of the RFID chip. The RFID chip issuer reports criminal offenses. Civil claims may be made in certain situations.

German law applies. The seat of the RFID chip issuer in Dijon is the place of jurisdiction for the customer if the place of jurisdiction is not in Germany. The RFID chip carrier receives the data after the purchase in accordance with the GDPR. The customer accepts the privacy policy of the RFID chip issuer.

Most people already know The Green Euro.

&nbsp;

The principle behind it is: 1 euro from each festival ticket is used to fund sustainability measures. The splash! team then doubles this amount again and half of the resulting budget will be used for the development of green infrastructures on the festival grounds, the other half will be donated to an NGO or initiative that the splash! team chooses each year.

This year, we decided to use the contributions from the Green Euro to support the Naturpark D&uuml;bner Heide e.V., which is committed to the renaturation of the J&ouml;sigk nature reserve. The nature reserve not far from our festival grounds in Ferropolis serves both as a habitat for numerous endangered species, but is also an effective carbon storage source, which means it provides valuable support for climate protection.

<h3>Which types of tickets will be available in 2024?</h3>

We want to make 2024 more flexible for you. 
That&#39;s why there is a basic ticket, the regular&nbsp;Weekend-Ticket.

With this ticket you have access to the camping site and the festival area for the whole festival weekend and you can visit the live program.&nbsp;

In addition, there are different Ticket Upgrades&nbsp;for Comfort Camping, Premium access and Glamping, as well as&nbsp;Add-Ons for&nbsp;Parking and Car/Caravan Camping that you can book.

This way you can create your individual festival experience.

In the ticket store, you first buy your weekend ticket, and then the corresponding Upgrade and Add-Ons.

CAR PARKING ADD-ON

If you arrive by car and decide against Car Camping, the Parking Add-On is obligatory for you. Since the Parking Add-On is often booked up early due to limited parking capacity available, you should book this Add-On as early as possible.&nbsp;

CAR CAMPING ADD-ON

In combination with your Weekend Ticket, you can use the Car Camping Add-On to camp in or next to your car in the car camping area.

If you have the Premium or Comfort Upgrade and an additional Car Camping Add-On, you camp in or next to your car on the Premium camping grounds.

This ticket is valid per car with up to 4 persons, not per person.

CARAVAN CAMPING ADD-ON

With this Add-On, you can park your caravan in the caravan camping area. With a Premium or Comfort Upgrade, the Caravan Camping Add-On allows yout to take your caravan to the Premium camping site.

This ticket is valid per vehicle with up to 4 persons, not per person.

<h3>What additional ticket do I need, if I travel by car or caravan?</h3>

If you want to park your car on our central Parking ground you will need a&nbsp;Parking Add On.

If you want to park your car next to your tent or if you have an RV you will need a Car Camping Add On or a Caravan Camping Add On. Size and Length of your Vehicle will decide whether you need a Car or Caravan Camping Ticket.

<h3>What do the different ticket phases mean?</h3>

Our festival ticket phases are like a journey through time. There is a certain contingent in all ticket phases. When one is exhausted, all tickets of that price category have been sold - meaning we jump to the next ticket phase.

Here&#39;s the thing: The earlier you grab your ticket (e.g. phase 1), the more you save. We want our loyal festival goers to be rewarded and get the best prizes. So be smart, grab your ticket early and enjoy the time of your life together with us 🥳🎶.

<h3>Can I get a splash! ticket with the KulturPass?</h3>

Yes, you can!&nbsp;

All adolescents celebrating their 18th birthday in 2023 can now benefit from the federal government&#39;s funding through the <a href="http://www.kulturpass.de">KulturPass</a> and secure a credit of &euro;200, which they can redeem for various cultural offers.&nbsp;

We are also taking part in this initiative and you can redeem this credit for your splash! ticket. <h3>When can I travel to splash! festival?</h3>

The camping areas will open on Wednesday, July 03, 2024. The exact time will be announced.&nbsp;

Of course you can also arrive later. All ticket holders are guaranteed a campsite, regardless of when you arrive in Ferropolis.

Please do not arrive earlier, as this can lead to traffic jams and delays the entrance. &nbsp;

You can make yourself comfortable on the campsite after your arrival on Wednesday, before the shows of your favorite acts start on Thursday!

<h3>When do I leave splash! Festival on Sunday?</h3>

On Sunday, July 07, 2024 the campsite closes at 10:00 am. We ask you to leave the campesite until then.&nbsp;

<h3>Do I have free choice of parking space with my car/caravan?</h3>

On the designated car/caravan camping areas you will be welcomed by our staff and assigned a place. This is to ensure a smooth process and also has safety reasons. If you come with several vehicles and want to camp close to each other, it is best to arrive together, otherwise we cannot guarantee that you can park together.

<h3>Can I get access to power/water for my caravan?</h3>

No we cannot supply power or water for your Caravan. Running water will be available at the water fountains and sanitary facilities.

<h3>What dimensions and requirements must my car or caravan have?</h3>

For cars applies:

Maximum length of the vehicle according to the vehicle registration documents: 5.5m 
Perm. total weight of the vehicle according to the vehicle registration documents: 2.8t 
 
Not allowed: Trailers, caravans, coaches, trucks.Maximale L&auml;nge des Fahrzeugs laut Fahrzeugschein: 5,5m

The specifications in the vehicle registration certificate apply.

For caravans applies:

Maximum length of the vehicle according to the vehicle registration documents: 8.0m

<h3>Can I install a pavilion next to my car/caravan?</h3>

Yes, you can. We want you to have enough shade and protection from rain. However, when choosing your pavilion, please be mindful of the other visitors and do not block an entire soccer field. We want all ticket holders to be able to find a place on our camping grounds.&nbsp;

In case of oversized setups or complaints, the instructions of our staff must be followed.

<h3>Can I leave the camping ground with my vehicle at any time?</h3>

Basically, you can leave the camping ground anytime. Although entering and leaving the Car Camping Grounds is only possible once. Leaving the camping grounds with your vehicle will revoke your Car Camping Ticket Validity. The same rules apply to Caravan Camping.

<h3>Which beverage containers am I allowed to bring with me?</h3>

Glass containers are strictly prohibited on festival and camping grounds. You can only bring non-alcoholic beverages in 1,5l Tetra Pak containers or foldable drinking bottles to the festival grounds. Drinking water is available at the water fountains free of charge.

<h3>Is it allowed to have a barbecue?</h3>

Having a barbecue is only allowed on the camping grounds and only in designated containers. Bonfires are prohibited because of fire protection requirements. Depending on dry weather situations it can happen that we must prohibit barbecues temporarily to ensure no fires will break out.

Glass containers are strictly prohibited on festival and camping grounds. Except for certified built in Gas Installations in Caravans and Trailers. Also camping gas-cartridges up to 500g. Charcoal is allowed on the camping grounds and can be used for grilling. Please consider other festival guests in terms of smoke exposure though.

Should there be acute fire hazard please follow the instructions of our staff.

<h3>How do I get from the camping site to the festival area?&nbsp;</h3>

As every year there will be a bus shuttle between the camping site and the festival area. Visitors with a Shuttle Flatrate ride on these shuttles for free. For visitors with a premium ticket, the premium shuttle is available. Alternatively, you can also reach the festival area by foot. The walk takes about 15 to 20 minutes and leads along the Gremminer See.

<h3>Is there anything to eat on the festival area?&nbsp;</h3>

In the festival area you will find a variety of food and beverage stands. Here you can snack through different types of streetfood and will find something for every taste. Of course there are also vegan and vegetarian offers. The same goes for the camping site, of course.&nbsp;

<h3>Is there a supermarket at splash!?</h3>

The closest supermarkets are in Gr&auml;fenhainichen, a three to four kilometer walk or shuttle ride from the campground. You can also get drinks at the splash! mini-market on the campsite. &nbsp;

<h3>Why are my favorite acts playing at the same time?&nbsp;</h3>

As with all festivals, clashes in the timetable cannot be avoided at splash!. This can be due to production reasons, but also to the tour routing of the artists, contractual conditions or safety aspects like the maximum capacity of the areas in front of the stages. If your two favorite acts are playing at the same time, you can of course switch between the shows at any time. &nbsp;

<h3>Why are there breaks of different lengths between the shows?&nbsp;</h3>

Depending on the size of the stage and the complexity of the concert production, extensive reconstruction measures are necessary between the shows, which take some time. This is the only way we can guarantee you the best possible stage and sound experience.

<h3>Why do you publish the timetable only shortly before the festival?&nbsp;</h3>

A festival with over 140 program points is subject to a lot of planning factors, which can still shift until shortly before the event. Since we want to present you a timetable as reliable as possible, it will be published only a few weeks before splash!&nbsp;

<h3>Why is my favorite act not playing at splash! this year?&nbsp;</h3>

This can have various reasons, such as tour routing and thus the availability of your favorite acts. By the way, on Instagram we regularly start polls about which acts you would like to see at the next splash! and take your suggestions into account in the booking process. We also look forward to your input in our visitor survey after the festival!&nbsp;

<h3>Will there be any cancellations of artists this year?&nbsp;</h3>

Of course we hope not. However, cancellations are unfortunately beyond our control. We unfortunately can&#39;t exclude that artists can&#39;t come to splash! in time or not at all, e.g. because of health reasons or because flights are cancelled. However, as in every year, we will make every effort to find a worthy replacement, even in the case of last-minute cancellations.&nbsp;
