Die Goodlive Festival GmbH beh&auml;lt sich das Recht vor, bei &Auml;nderung der Rechtslage oder der Rechtsprechung oder aufgrund eines gerichtlichen Verbots die jeweiligen angek&uuml;ndigten Gewinne auszutauschen und durch andere Gewinne und Preise zu ersetzen, den jeweiligen Spielablauf zu &auml;ndern oder das Gewinnspiel insgesamt abzusagen. 10. Im Falle eines Gewinns wird der Teilnehmer in Textform (insbesondere per Post, E-Mail oder per Fax) oder telefonisch benachrichtigt. Erfolgt die Benachrichtigung in Textform, ist der Gewinner verpflichtet, der Goodlive Festival GmbH innerhalb von zehn Werktagen nach Erhalt der Benachrichtigung in der dort beschriebenen Form (rechtzeitige Absendung gen&uuml;gt) mitzuteilen, ob er den Gewinn annimmt. Erfolgt die Benachrichtigung telefonisch, wird die Goodlive Festival GmbH im Falle der pers&ouml;nlichen Nichterreichbarkeit des Gewinners, soweit technisch m&ouml;glich, eine Nachricht hinterlassen.&nbsp;

This not only prevents theft and increases security, but also allows you to get your drink at the bar much faster. The transport connections via federal highways, freeways and railways are optimal. The international airport Halle/ Leipzig is only 45 minutes away by car. The nearest train station is Gr&auml;fenhainichen, from where shuttle buses leave several times an hour in the direction of Ferropolis. The &quot;city of iron&quot; Ferropolis is located between Leipzig and Berlin, near the small town of Gr&auml;fenhainichen. Since 2009, the peninsula has been home to the splash! Festival. If the landmarks of Ferropolis, the imposing excavators, could tell stories, many of them would tell of the mindblowing live shows in hip-hop Germany. However, their story begins significantly earlier, when the region was still an open-cast mining area. Since the turn of the millennium, not only has Lake Gremmin been created, which is the perfect spot for refreshment in the warm festival summer, but also one of Germany&#39;s most unforgettable open-air museums and event locations, Ferropolis.&nbsp;

Ferropolis is accessible by public transportation: Halle/Leipzig International Airport is just a 45-minute drive away. The nearest train station is Gr&auml;fenhainichen (served by the S-Bahn from Bitterfeld or Wittenberg), from where shuttle buses leave several times an hour to Ferropolis.&nbsp;

What began in 1998 in a Chemnitz youth club has made rap history. At a time when hip hop was not yet the biggest music culture in the world, the creative environment around the Chemnitz based rap crew Tefla &amp; Jaleel founded splash! - the first hip hop festival in the German-speaking area. Within a year, the number of visitors increased tenfold. The splash! became THE meeting place of the growing hip hop scene. Numerous rap stars had their most legendary performances on splash! stages, many national and international hip hop GOATs were part of the festival lineup long before their breakthrough.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;

&quot;Probably no other event has shaped hip hop in the German-speaking scene over the last 25 years like splash! Being a contemporary witness of this unique festival history with all its ups, downs and legendary hip hop moments fills me personally with a lot of gratitude.&quot;&nbsp; - DJ Ron&nbsp;

Yet the history of splash! is not only on stage a quite eventful one: In the 2000&rsquo;s, the future of the festival was uncertain at times. For years, heavy rain and storms had ruined the splash! weekend for the crowd. Not even the incredible shows by international rap legends like Mobb Deep or the unique format &quot;splash! meets Classic&quot; could change that. The bad weather crisis also had a financial impact. It is thanks to numerous rap stars of the time, such as Samy Deluxe, the Beginners, Torch and Azad, as well as the Robert Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra Chemnitz, that sufficient donations were collected in 2006 under the appeal &quot;Save splash!&quot; to enable the splash! Festival to continue.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&quot;At that time, it felt like seeing your child lying in intensive care. Only through the will and commitment of many companies, visitors and artists the splash! could be saved. The legendary &quot;City of Iron&quot; has been the permanent home base of Germany&#39;s best hip-hop festival ever since.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Most important rapper of our time, G.O.A.T., living legend: After Kendrick Lamar&rsquo;s unforgettable show at Mercedes Benz Arena in Berlin, we gave our all to bring this &ldquo;good k.i.d.d.&rdquo; back to Germany. Ten years after his very first splash! performance he is going to write history at Ferropolis.

With Lil Uzi Vert and Ufo361, two of your absolute favorites are going to return to the City of Iron. Uzi&rsquo;s legendary stage dive from our mainstage last year went viral &ndash; so we can&rsquo;t wait to see what this Philly talent has in store for us this year.

Car Camping park tickets allow access to the Car Camping area with a motorcycle or motor vehicle up to max. 2.8t gross vehicle weight. It should also be noted that a length of 5.5m is not exceeded. 
Per vehicle you can put up max. two tents or one tent and one pavilion. If you are traveling with more than one person in one car, you will need one ticket per vehicle for the car camping area.

We are constantly working to critically examine our processes and operations and improve them in terms of environmental and social sustainability, without losing sight of economic sustainability. Whenever possible, we opt for the more sustainable alternative as part of our event planning. We view systemic and financial limitations as challenges that can spur us on and serve as drivers for innovation. This is also part of the path to more sustainability: one comes up against limits, but we will always work to push these limits and thus make change possible piece by piece. THE GREEN EURO&nbsp;

When you buy your festival ticket you will see it - the &quot;Green Euro&quot;. It is already integrated in the price of your ticket: 1 Euro of it is earmarked for sustainability measures. The splash! team doubles this Euro again. Half of the resulting budget will go to the development of green infrastructures on the festival grounds. The second half is donated to an NGO or initiative that the splash! team chooses each year. How we spent the money will be made transparent here after the festival.&nbsp;

Climate compensation&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;

All sold Green Tickets of splash! 2022 have compensated a total of 564 tons of CO2-eq - that&#39;s a great achievement you have contributed to. Thank you very much! Also, in 2023 we want to work on our ecological footprint and will balance it again.&nbsp;

We live and breathe diversity and celebrate it in all its facets. We believe in the different strengths that a diverse team brings together. Individual lifestyles and cultural diversity are in the DNA of the hip hop scene and therefore also of splash! Festival. Only together and by treating each other with respect we can realize our vision of an open, discrimination-free space.&nbsp;

Together with our employees, we create a working atmosphere in which we act independently of personal attributes such as age, sexuality, gender identification, origin, appearance and religion. That is why non-discriminatory language is important to us. All employees use an internal guideline for this purpose.&nbsp;&nbsp;

At our events, we work continuously to break down barriers that often occur at festivals and other live events. The availability of gender-neutral toilets since 2022 is just one small, but in our eyes important example.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the festival grounds. Children and adolescents between the ages of 12 and 15 have access to the open air event only if accompanied by a person authorized to act on behalf of the child&#39;s legal guardian or a person authorized to act on behalf of the child&#39;s legal guardian. A person with parental authority is any person over the age of 18, if he or she is permanently or temporarily responsible for educational tasks on the basis of an agreement with the person with parental authority, or if he or she is responsible for a child or young person in the context of education or youth welfare (&sect; 1 para. 1 no. 4 JuSchG). Adolescents over 16 years of age may enter the open air event until midnight without being accompanied by a person having legal guardianship or a person with parental authority. Youth Protection

Enjoy the festival to the fullest without worrying about your valuables - by using the lockers inside the Safebox!

The lockers where you can lock in your valuables are located near the Infield entrance. With the built-in sockets you can also charge your technical devices at the same time.

The lockers are supervised day and night by our crew. They are available in two sizes and with 15 or 90 Watt maximum socket power.

We recommend that you book your locker online before the festival starts. If enough lockers remain available, you can of course book them directly at the festival too.

After almost three years, splash! festival finally returned this year with double the power. Over 50,000 rap fans celebrated on the Red and Blue Weekend together with the most crass hip-hop acts like A$AP Rocky, Juju, K.I.Z, RIN, Lil Uzi Vert or Badm&oacute;mzjay on the peninsula Ferropolis, and made the stages shake and the moshpits glow. For this we say THANK YOU splash-fam, you are the madness!

The date for 2023 is fixed and is a very special one: From 29 June to 01 July 2023, the splash! celebrates its 25th anniversary. Tickets are available now - so it pays to be quick!

In 2023 the tents will be pitched again in the city of iron, because it&#39;s called 25 years splash!
