How does it work? It's very simple:

1. On the KulturPass website under "All offers" you can select the balance of your desired value code.
2. Then click on "Reserve" and confirm your selection.
3. A little later, your value code will appear in the app. You will find this under "Reservations".
4. Below the value code you will find the direct link to the event in the TICKETMASTER store. The value code can only be redeemed there!
5. Follow the link and select your desired tickets.
6. Enter your value code during the purchase process. Any unused credit will be refunded to you. If the tickets cost more, you can pay the difference by credit card or PayPal, for example.
7. Ticketmaster & the KulturPass wish you lots of fun at the event!

PS: The value code is valid for 48 hours, during which you must redeem it. If you fail to do so, the amount will be refunded.
