1.&nbsp;these General Terms and Conditions of Participation apply to all competitions organized by Goodlive Festival GmbH or legally affiliated companies on the website operated by them and in which reference is made to these terms and conditions. Any additional terms and conditions for the individual competitions take precedence over these terms and conditions.

2.&nbsp;any natural person who is permanently resident in Germany and has reached the age of 18 is entitled to participate in a competition. Persons with limited legal capacity are only entitled to participate, subject to statutory provisions, if Goodlive Festival GmbH expressly permits this for the respective competition and the legal guardian(s) give their effective consent. Legal representatives and employees of Goodlive Festival GmbH and its legally affiliated companies, as well as their relatives and in-laws in the 1st and 2nd degree are not eligible to participate. Persons who are not eligible to participate are not entitled to a prize even if a prize is awarded. Participation mediations via participation and entry services cannot be considered.

3. each participant may only participate in their own name. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.

4.&nbsp;when participating in the competition, some mandatory information and some voluntary information will be requested, e.g. surname, first name, address, age and/or e-mail address and/or telephone number. All of this personal data will be treated by Goodlive Festival GmbH in accordance with the privacy policy and any additional declaration of consent that may have been issued. In order to participate in the competition, all information provided must be truthful. Failure to do so may result in exclusion.

5.&nbsp;if participation in a competition requires the sending of materials, the following applies:

&nbsp;

	<li>The participant will not provide or upload any punishable, discriminatory, youth-endangering pornographic, racist and/or otherwise extremist content to Goodlive Festival GmbH and in this respect indemnifies Goodlive Festival GmbH against claims by third parties.</li>
	<li>Furthermore, each participant assures that he/she is the sole owner of all rights of use and exploitation of the materials transmitted by him/her and in this respect indemnifies Goodlive Festival GmbH from all claims of third parties.</li>
	<li>Each participant grants Goodlive Festival GmbH the exclusive and transferable right, free of charge, to use these materials without restriction in terms of time, space and content. The same applies if materials are created by the participant as part of the competition, e.g. photos, video contributions, always in compliance with the personal rights of the participant.</li>
	<li>Each participant also transfers ownership of the materials submitted to Goodlive Festival GmbH. A transfer of ownership will only not take place if the participant expressly declares in writing to Goodlive Festival GmbH that he/she does not wish to transfer ownership.</li>
	<li>Such a declaration must be received by Goodlive Festival GmbH at the address stated in the imprint no later than 10 days after the end of a competition (day of the announcement of the winner). After this period has expired, the label may destroy all materials submitted.</li>
</ul>

6. no liability is assumed for any problems or defects in connection with computers, connections, networks, etc. used by the participant for sending an entry until it arrives in the sphere of Goodlive Festival GmbH.

7. the Goodlive Festival GmbH accepts liability for the materials submitted to it only in the event of intentional or grossly negligent action by its employees or third parties commissioned by it.

8. Goodlive Festival GmbH reserves the right to exchange the respective announced prizes and replace them with other prizes in the event of a change in the legal situation or jurisdiction or due to a court prohibition, to change the respective course of the competition or to cancel the competition altogether. In such cases, any winners who have already been determined are not entitled to any claims against Goodlive Festival GmbH or legally affiliated companies.

9. the determination of the winners is carried out by Goodlive Festival GmbH, its employees, vicarious agents or authorized third parties. Goodlive Festival GmbH is not liable for slightly negligent behavior of these persons in determining the winners.

10. in the event of a win, the participant will be notified in text form (in particular by post, e-mail or fax) or by telephone. If the notification is made in text form, the winner is obliged to inform Goodlive Festival GmbH within ten working days of receipt of the notification in the form described therein (timely dispatch is sufficient) whether he/she accepts the prize. If the notification is made by telephone, Goodlive Festival GmbH will leave a message if the winner cannot be reached personally, if technically possible. 
The winner must inform Goodlive Festival GmbH within three working days of receiving this notification in the form described therein (timely dispatch is sufficient) whether he/she accepts the prize. In the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, Goodlive Festival GmbH is entitled to draw a new winner and award the prize elsewhere. Claims for compensation by the initially drawn winner against Goodlive Festival GmbH are excluded.

&nbsp;

11. if the prizes offered are non-cash prizes, Goodlive Festival GmbH will not pay out the equivalent value in cash. In the event of a prize (especially in the case of travel), the participant declares that any costs, expenses and other services that are not offered as prizes or included in the prize will be borne by the participant. Furthermore, Goodlive Festival GmbH assumes no liability for damages caused by the participant and is indemnified by the participant against all claims by third parties in this respect.

12. if the participant violates special rules of the game or these conditions, Goodlive Festival GmbH is entitled to exclude him from participation at any time without prior notice.

13. Legal recourse is excluded.

14. if individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. German law shall apply. If the customer is a registered trader, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is expressly agreed to be Chemnitz as the registered office of the provider.

NUTZUNG VON CASHLESS PAYMENT MITTELS CHIP/ARMBAND AUF DEM VERANSTALTUNGSGELÄNDE


 1. Warum Cashless Payment (bargeldloses Bezahlen per Chip/Armband)?


 Wir, Goodlive Festival GmbH, Henriettenstr. 16-18, 09112 Chemnitz, haben den Catering-Dienstleister Gastrobüro GmbH & Co. KG, Ferropolisstraße 1, 06773 Gräfenhainichen (im Folgenden: „Catering-Dienstleister / GB“) mit der Organisation von Gastronomie und Merchandising auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände, einschließlich eines Cashless Payment Systems, betraut. Das Cashless Payment System vereinfacht die Bezahlung auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände und verkürzt die Wartezeiten. Du brauchst kein Bargeld und keine Geldkarten mit Dir rumzutragen. Du siehst, wieviel Du ausgegeben hast und kannst Deinen Cashless Payment Chip sperren lassen, wenn es Probleme gibt.


 2. Wie funktioniert Cashless Payment?


 Du bekommst ein Armband mit einem Chip, auf den Du Guthaben aufladen kannst, mit dem Du bezahlen kannst. Dazu musst Du den Chip beim Bezahlen an ein Lesegerät halten.


 Das Cashless Payment System betreibt „Catering-Dienstleister / GB“ nicht selbst, sondern „Catering-Dienstleister / GBs“ Kooperationspartner Weezevent (<a href="https://www.weezevent.com/">https://www.weezevent.com/</a>), 10 Rue Morice, 92110 Clichy (Frankreich). Wenn Du auf der Veranstaltung etwas bezahlst (z.B. Merchandise / Food & Drinks), wird der Anbieter hierfür Dein Vertragspartner. Wenn etwas mit der Ware / Dienstleistung nicht stimmen sollte, solltest Du Dich an den Anbieter wenden; Weezevent übernimmt nur die Zahlungsabwicklung.


 3. Wie bekomme ich den Chip?


 Du erhältst den Chip am Einlass des Veranstaltungsgeländes, wenn Du Dein Ticket vorzeigst.


 4. Wie lade ich Guthaben auf den Chip?


 Um Guthaben auf Deinen Chip aufladen zu können, musst Du ihn aktivieren. Du kannst Deinen Chip an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort oder online aktivieren und aufladen. Wenn Du Deinen Chip online aktivieren und aufladen willst, musst Du Dir zunächst einen virtuellen Account einrichten. Das kannst Du auch schon vor Beginn der Veranstaltung machen.  Wenn Dein Chip leer ist und Du noch etwas ausgeben möchtest, kannst Du an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort oder online (sofern Du Dir schon einen virtuellen Account eingerichtet hast) nachladen. Insgesamt kannst Du bis zu EUR 250 pro Monat auf Deinen Chip aufladen.


 Für die Aktivierung und das Aufladen Deines Chips an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort stehen Dir folgende Zahlungsmittel zur Verfügung: EC Karte, Kredit Karte, ApplePay, GooglePay. Für die Aktivierung und das Aufladen Deines Chips online stehen Dir folgende Zahlungsmittel zur Verfügung: Kredit Karte, ApplePay, GooglePay, Paypal.


 Die Online-Aktivierung Deines Chips ist bis zum 02.07.2025 um 11:59 Uhr kostenlos. Aktivierst Du Deinen Chip ab dem 02.07.2025 um 12:00 online oder an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort, wird Dir eine einmalige Gebühr in Höhe von 1,50 Euro berechnet.


 Bis zum 02.07.2025 um 11:59 Uhr kannst Du kostenlos online Guthaben auf Deinen Chip auf- oder nachladen. Ab dem 01.06.2025 um 10:00 Uhr wird Dir für Online-Auf- oder Nachladungen per PayPal eine Gebühr in Höhe von 1,80 Euro pro Auf- oder Nachladung berechnet. Mit sämtlichen übrigen Dir zur Verfügung stehenden Zahlungsmitteln kannst Du weiterhin kostenlos online Guthaben auf Deinen Chip auf- oder nachladen. An den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort kannst Du zu jeder Zeit kostenlos Guthaben auf Deinen Chip auf- oder nachladen.


 5. Kann ich mein Guthaben sehen?


 Dein aktuelles Guthaben kannst Du beim Bezahlvorgang an allen Verkaufsständen auf der Veranstaltung sehen. An den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort und online (sofern Du Dir schon einen virtuellen Account eingerichtet hast) kannst Du Dein Guthaben und alle bisherigen Zahlungsvorgänge abrufen.


 6. Wie kann ich mit dem Chip bezahlen?


 Wenn Du mit dem Chip bezahlen möchtest, halte ihn an das Lesegerät am Verkaufsstand. Das Lesegerät zeigt Dir nach der Zahlung das Restguthaben auf dem Chip an. Sollte ein unerwarteter Betrag abgebucht worden sein, kläre dies bitte direkt vor Ort, damit die Transaktion ggf. storniert werden kann.


 Bitte beachte, dass Du Zahlungen, die Du ausgelöst hast, nicht selbst rückgängig machen kannst. Sofern Du das Problem nicht vor Ort klären kannst, wende Dich an die am Ende dieser Information genannten Kontaktadressen.


 Achte gut auf Deinen Chip, denn auch andere können das aufgeladene Guthaben benutzen, wenn Du den Chip verlierst oder weitergibst. Hierfür erhältst Du keine Erstattung.


 7. Was passiert, wenn mein Chip nicht funktioniert oder ich ihn nicht mehr habe?


 Sollte es mit dem Chip technische Probleme geben, kannst Du ihn sperren lassen und erhältst gebührenfrei einen neuen Chip mit übertragenem Guthaben.


 Du kannst Deinen Chip auch kostenlos sperren lassen und einen neuen Chip mit übertragenem Guthaben erhalten, wenn Du ihn nicht mehr hast.


 Bitte wenden Dich für alle Fragen hierzu an die am Ende dieser Information genannten Kontaktadressen: cashless@splash-festival.de.


 8. Ist mein Chip personalisiert oder anonym?


 Auf Deinem Chip ist eine individuell Chip-ID gespeichert, die mit Deinem Namen und Deiner E-Mail-Adresse in Deinem virtuellen Account verknüpft und gespeichert wird. Diese Daten werden für die Rückerstattung und das Übertragen von Guthaben benötigt. Es wird auch im virtuellen Account aufgezeichnet, wann, an welchem Verkaufsstand und in welcher Höhe Guthaben von dem Chip abgebucht wurde. Diese Daten werden benötigt, um mit den Anbietern vor Ort abzurechen und helfen Gastrobüro, das Waren- & Dienstleistungsangebot in der Zukunft noch besser zu gestalten. Hierzu werden alle Daten zuerst anonymisiert, bevor sie analysiert werden. Weitere Informationen zur Datenverarbeitung, erhältst Du hier: <a href="https://splash-festival.de/privacy-notice" role="link" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" aria-label="Datenschutzhinweis – öffnet in neuem Tab">Datenschutzhinweis</a>. Du darfst Deinen Chip nicht an eine andere Person übertragen (z.B. verschenken oder verkaufen). Selbstverständlich darfst Du ihn aber einem Freund geben, damit er Dir ein Getränk mitbringt.


 9. Wie funktioniert die Erstattung des Restguthabens?


 Innerhalb der ersten vier Wochen nach Ende der Veranstaltung musst Du Dein Erstattungsverlangen über Deinen virtuellen Account stellen. Dein Restguthaben wird Dir dann kostenlos unverzinst von Weezevent erstattet.


 Nach Ablauf von vier Wochen nach Ende der Veranstaltung musst Du Dein Erstattungsverlangen per E-Mail an „Catering-Dienstleister / GB“ (E-Mail-Adresse: cashless@splash-festival.de) richten. Festival invites you again to the most unique festival avenue in Europe with a lineup that promises you the heaviest acts of the hip-hop world with the most surprising new discoveries and is always two steps ahead of its time.

 Ferropolis

 This exciting ensemble will be the backdrop for this year's splash! Festival! Whether impressive monuments of industrial history or nature and relaxation on the shores of Lake Gremmin - at Ferropolis every splash! visitor will get his money's worth! The "city of iron" Ferropolis is located between Leipzig and Berlin, near the small town of Gräfenhainichen. Since 2009, the peninsula has been home to our festival. If the landmarks of Ferropolis, the imposing excavators, could tell stories, many of them would tell of the mindblowing live shows in hip-hop Germany. However, their story begins significantly earlier, when the region was still an open-cast mining area. Since the turn of the millennium, not only has Lake Gremmin been created, which is the perfect spot for refreshment in the warm festival summer, but also one of Germany's most unforgettable open-air museums and event locations, Ferropolis.&nbsp;

 25 years – and it don’t stop!&nbsp;

 What began in 1998 in a Chemnitz youth club has made rap history. At a time when hip hop was not yet the biggest music culture in the world, the creative environment around the Chemnitz based rap crew Tefla & Jaleel founded splash! - the first hip hop festival in the German-speaking area. Within a year, the number of visitors increased tenfold. The splash! became THE meeting place of the growing hip hop scene. Numerous rap stars had their most legendary performances on splash! stages, many national and international hip hop GOATs were part of the festival lineup long before their breakthrough.&nbsp;&nbsp;


 "Probably no other event has shaped hip hop in the German-speaking scene over the last 25 years like splash! Being a contemporary witness of this unique festival history with all its ups, downs and legendary hip hop moments fills me personally with a lot of gratitude."&nbsp; - DJ Ron&nbsp;


 Yet the history of splash! is not only on stage a quite eventful one: In the 2000’s, the future of the festival was uncertain at times. For years, heavy rain and storms had ruined the splash! weekend for the crowd. Not even the incredible shows by international rap legends like Mobb Deep or the unique format "splash! meets Classic" could change that. The bad weather crisis also had a financial impact. It is thanks to numerous rap stars of the time, such as Samy Deluxe, the Beginners, Torch and Azad, as well as the Robert Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra Chemnitz, that sufficient donations were collected in 2006 under the appeal "Save splash!" to enable the splash! Festival to continue.&nbsp;&nbsp;


 "At that time, it felt like seeing your child lying in intensive care. Only through the will and commitment of many companies, visitors and artists the splash! could be saved. Around 500,000 euros in donations were collected in the end." - Mirko Roßner, co-founder of splash! and managing director of Goodlive Festival GmbH.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;


 In 2007, the festival left its home in Chemnitz. On the Pouch peninsula near Bitterfeld, splash! celebrated its ninth and tenth anniversaries with headliners like Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg. Two years later, what belongs together finally came together: splash! moved to Ferropolis. The legendary "City of Iron" has been the permanent home base of Germany's best hip-hop festival ever since.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The mighty scenery gives the impression of a parallel world, where escapism and festival ecstasy have a much stronger effect.  Parallel to the new homebase, rap entered what was probably the greatest peak phase in its history, and splash! accompanied the developments of the national and international hip-hop scene up close. From Kendrick Lamar to Travis Scott and Nicki Minaj to RIN, Haftbefehl and Cro - the best rap acts of their generations belonged on splash! stages and created real magic. The joint performances of Ufo361 and Future, Gucci Mane and Haftbefehl, as well as Casper and Marteria have long since gone down in the hip-hop history books. And the story is far from over...

The first thing you need to do is to purchase the right ticket. Tickets are available exclusively in the <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/tickets">ticket shop</a> on our website.&nbsp;
<h3>YOUR FESTIVAL TICKET IS THE BASE</h3>
With this ticket, you have access to the campsite and festival grounds for the festival days. and can enjoy the live program. For a little more comfort we offer the Premium Ticket, for camping in/on or parking your car or caravan there are also corresponding add-ons in the <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/tickets">ticket shop</a>.
<h3>PREMIUM TICKET AS UPGRADE</h3>
The Premium Ticket gives you access to the separate Premium campsite with its own sanitary facilities and its own festival shuttle stop. You can also camp right next to your car or caravan on the Premium campsite without having to buy a car/caravan camping ticket. Your Premium Ticket is also directly linked to the bus and sanitary flatrate, so that you can use all the service benefits as soon as you enter the festival site.

<h3>CAR/CARAVAN CAMPING</h3>
You can also camp next to your vehicle without a Premium Ticket. To do this, you need one Car/Caravan Camping Ticket per vehicle. Here you can&nbsp;camp together with up to four people per vehicle.&nbsp; 
Please note that your vehicle must not be longer than eight meters and the total permissible weight must not exceed 3.5 tons.

splash! Festival is cashless, which means that you cannot pay with cash or debit/credit cards anywhere on the site. 
Your festival wristband, which has an NFC chip on it, serves as a means of payment and is linked to your cashless account as soon as you receive your festival wristband.

To avoid any unpleasant surprises, check the weather forecast and pack weatherproof clothes, rain and sun protection.
Also plan your food for the weekend. There is no supermarket on the festival grounds. Drinks are available at the Mini-Market at the camping site. On the festival grounds and at the camping site you can snack your way through a wide range of street food stands. There are also vegan and vegetarian offers.

We recommend you to travel by train or bus for several reasons: You will save extra costs for parking and avoid long traffic jams - the access roads to the festival area are usually very crowded at the beginning and end of the festival. Last but not least, traveling by public transport is much better for the environment and reduces your ecological footprint.
Please plan some extra time for your arrival, to wait for the shuttle bus or the allocation of a parking space, to change your wristband and to navigate your way around the campsite. &nbsp;

We are a camping festival. This means you and your gang can stay on the campsite in Ferropolis for the entire festival weekend. From the camping ground to the festival area &nbsp;
As you can see on the map, the camping area is separated from the festival area towards the main road. Between camping and festival area is a distance of about 15 to 20 minutes walking.&nbsp;
There is a bus shuttle between the camping site and the festival area. All information about shuttle offers can be found here soon.&nbsp;
Alternatively you can walk along the lake to the festival area in about 15 to 20 minutes. 

<h3>PROGRAM</h3>
Over three days there will be a big and varied program on and around our stages, the camping site and our FAIRopolis Area.  &nbsp;
On the campground stages Radio Stage and FAIRopolis the program starts every day already in the morning. The festival area with the biggest stages opens in the afternoon. The program will last until the early morning hours. &nbsp;
The site plan is already online, but will be updated until shortly before the festival.

With us, tent camping is included in the festival ticket, which means you don't need an additional camping ticket. With the Weekend Ticket you will be accommodated in CAMP&nbsp;PURPLE&nbsp;or&nbsp;CAMP&nbsp;BLUE&nbsp;. At BLUE&nbsp;CAMP, you can have party nonstop, whereas you can camp at CAMP&nbsp;PURPLE if you prefer a little more quiet at night.&nbsp;Car/caravan campers with the corresponding add-on are accommodated in the RED CAMP and YELLOW CAMP.&nbsp;If you have a Premium Ticket, you will be accommodated in the PREMIUM&nbsp;CAMP. 


 You can check in from Wednesday and choose your camping spot, but the principle of “first come, first served” applies to the most popular camping spots. Please only camp in the designated areas and always follow the instructions of the stewards and security staff. You will find toilets, drinking water points and several shower containers throughout the campsite.

 Camping in groups If you want to set up a large camp together with your friends, please arrive together to set up your tents next to each other. We ask for your understanding that the security staff are not responsible for ensuring that areas are kept free for you or that neighboring camps are cleared 


 When setting up your festival camps, make sure to place the tents next to each other in a space-saving manner so that everyone can find a comfortable place to camp. Please use a maximum of one pavilion per group.


 Car/Caravan Camping The following applies to car/caravan campers: a maxmum of 4 people per camp per vehicle. The camp size limit on the YELLOW and RED campsites is necessary to guarantee a place for all car/caravan campers.

 PARKING
</h2>

 There are two parking spaces available on site directly on the main road. If you are coming from Gräfenhainichen, please use parking lot P3, from Dessau please use parking lot P1. If the parking lots are full, we will open an extension, which will be marked on site. Please follow the signs, check the site plan in advance and follow the instructions of the parking attendants on site.


 A car parking ticket is required for parking (per vehicle, not per person).


 Please buy the ticket in advance and have it ready when you enter. Parking tickets will only be available on site if there are still spaces available - and these will be more expensive than those purchased in advance.


 Parking in the parking lots is possible from Wednesday until Sunday. Overnight stays are not permitted in the parking lot. The maximum vehicle length in the parking lot is 5.50 m, trailers are not permitted. 

<h2>
 KISS&nbsp;&&nbsp;RIDE
</h2>

 If you are being dropped off at splash!, please do not stop at the side of the main road to be dropped off. Instead, use the Kiss + Ride parking lot. You can stop there briefly, unload your luggage in peace and say goodbye in a relaxed manner. You can find the location on the map (P2).

<h2>
 CAR/CARAVAN&nbsp;CAMPING
</h2>

 With the CAR CARAVAN CAMPING TICKET you can camp directly at the vehicle. We have 2 camps for this: yellow and red. First we fill yellow and when that is full, we open red. Have your CARAVAN CAMPING TICKET ready at the entrance, it will be validated at the entrance and must be purchased in advance.


 Follow the instructions of the instruction team and make sure you keep the escape routes clear. Park and camp in as little space as possible so that everyone can find a spot and nobody has to be asked to break down their camp again because too much space has been left between tents and pavilions.


 Important: The exhaust must never point to the tent - neither to yours nor to your neighbors.


 The maximum vehicle length is 8 meters, the permissible total weight is 3.5 tons. Once the ticket has been validated, it is not permitted to re-park, move or reverse the vehicle.

 PREMIUM&nbsp;TICKET
</h2>

 With your PREMIUM TICKET, you do not go directly to the Premium Camp, but first pick up your Premium parking ticket and festival wristband at the Premium check-in container (see site plan).  <li>Danger from ICEs: Passing ICEs are extremely fast, can hardly be heard and create a strong suction. Make sure you keep a sufficient distance from the edge of the platform.</li>

splash! is for everyone! For many years we have been implementing a concept for accessibility on site in cooperation with <a href="https://kulth-ev.jimdofree.com/projekte-engagement/">KulTh e.V. / Barrier-free Festival</a>. This includes audience platforms, access routes and toilets for people with walking disabilities, as well as barrier-free camping facilities. <h3>Which ticket and camping options do I have?</h3>
You will require a <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/tickets" target="_blank">regular festival ticket</a> for your festival visit. There are no special tickets for visitors with disabilities. If you have a disabled pass with a B rating, you can bring a companion free of charge. An extra ticket for your companion is not necessary, but they must be registered in advance via <a href="mailto:info@kulth-ev.de">info@kulth-ev.de</a>. At splash! Festival you and your companion will then check in together at the guest list. Of course, any person with a disability of any kind or degree can also contact kulTH e.V. for questions and support.
At splash! Festival you can expect, among other things, a separate barrier-free campsite, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the festival site and is easily accessible by car. The toilets and showers are also close by. You are of course free to take advantage of this offer or to stay in the regular camping area of your ticket category. We also have barrier-free toilets and a platform in front of the main stages.

 We use precise performance and energy measurements to optimize the efficiency of our energy supply. We identify potential savings and reduce the consumption of fossil fuels by increasing the use of alternative energy sources. Part of the electricity required for our festival is generated by the photovoltaic system in Ferropolis.

 TRAVEL & TRANSPORT
</h3>

 Since a large part of our festival's CO2e emissions are generated in the area of travel & transport, we are working on a holistic design of mobility concepts for you. But we also want to improve in the area of logistics. That's why we are working with research institutions to develop future-oriented solutions for festival logistics. We are also tracking our CO2e emissions in this area in particular. If you come across a survey on travel behavior, please take part. This will help us for future optimizations.

</h3>

 In line with the concept of the circular economy, we strive to return all materials used to the cycle and minimize the use of new resources. Our partners support us in this: Trash Galore, Foodsharing, Utopia and eSKa. We also ask our brand partners to completely avoid the use of single-use plastic. Join in and avoid plastic wherever possible.

 FOOD & DRINKS
</h3>

 In cooperation with the Gastrobüro, which provides you with food throughout the site, we are expanding our climate-friendly food offer. In 2023, 53% of the food sold was vegetarian or vegan. You make the decisive difference here! We integrate regional suppliers where possible to further increase the sustainability of our catering.  THE GREEN EURO
</h3>

 When you buy your festival ticket, you will come across the “Green Euro”. For every ticket sold, we set aside one euro for sustainable measures. We invest part of this budget in green infrastructure and sustainable measures on the festival site, while the other part is donated to an NGO or initiative carefully selected by our team. In this way, we jointly set an example for environmental protection and social responsibility. In 2023 and 2024, the green euro was invested as follows

 <li>Donations: The splash! donated a portion to the Dübener Heide Nature Park. This is located not far from the festival site. The donation will be used to finance measures to renaturalize the moors and preserve biodiversity.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>Festival site: Carelessly throwing away cigarette butts in nature pollutes the environment and endangers the health of animals that can ingest the butts. For easy and fun cigarette butt disposal, we have installed ashtrays throughout the festival grounds and camping area.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>We used the CROWD IMPACT app to conduct a visitor survey and determine and evaluate the travel behavior of our audience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>To clean Lake Gremmin&nbsp;after the festivals, we financed a cleaning campaign with divers who collected garbage from the water to preserve the intact ecosystem.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>Together with pupils from the Gesamtschule im Gartenreich (Oranienbaum Wörlitz), we sorted our waste in a waste analysis and determined which recyclable materials are contained in the waste and how high the recycling rate is. This enables us to improve our waste concept even further.</li>
</ul>

 ECO2CONCERT
</h3>

 For the first time in its history, splash! is part of a <a href="https://bmdv.bund.de/SharedDocs/DE/Artikel/DG/mfund-projekte/eco2concert.html">research project</a>. We want to reduce our emissions and are working together with partners from science and research, from the festival sector and from the private sector to collect and model energy, mobility and consumption data and to develop a planning platform for sustainable festival logistics. </h3>

 FAIROPOLIS is the place where committed and creative people come together and share their visions of a better future - with each other and with you. Together with various organizations, we have created a place where you can find out about interesting topics and take part in workshops. In addition, we offer you further activities and program items during the festival! At the same time, we are also creating an oasis to immerse yourself, feel good and recharge your batteries away from the exciting festival madness with various program items, workshops and exciting discussions with the NGOs.

 WHAT CAN YOU DO?
</h2>

 <li>use public transportation or form carpools: More than half of the emissions come from traveling to the festival. Every kilometer travelled by public transport helps!</li>
 <li>use reusable cups, cutlery and lunch boxes: reduce waste and help protect our environment.</li>
 <li>buy sustainable camping equipment: My tent is my castle: Many tents are left lying around after the festival after only a short period of use. Give your tent some attention, take it home and bring it back for the next festival season.</li>
 <li>dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage can: use pocket ashtrays or our voting ashtrays to keep the environment clean.</li>
 <li>separate your waste: help ensure that recyclable materials are recycled. Receive bags from us for plastic packaging and residual waste.</li>
 <li>respect our Gremminer See: Do not use shampoos or shower gels in the water. Do not apply sun cream directly before swimming.</li>
 <li>avoid peeing in the wild: Use the fixed and portable toilets on site, including our dry composting toilets.</li>
 <li>save water: keep your shower time short.</li>
 <li>dispose of your chip: The chip on your festival wristband is an electronic device that must be disposed of separately from the wristband as e-waste after the festival.</li>
 <li>discover NGOs and initiatives in the FAIRopolis Area: get involved through exciting workshops, talks or live podcasts.</li>
 <li>See something, say something: Report abusive behavior to the awareness team (you can recognize them by the pink safety vests) or security and ask for help. Inform everyone you know and are attending the festival with about “Where to Panama?”. This way, everyone knows how to get help and we all look out for each other a little more. We also highlight our social responsibility under <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/info/inclusion-and-awareness" target="_blank">Inclusion & Awareness</a>.</li>
</ol>

Ecological Responsibility

Children up to 16 years of age are NOT admitted to the festival grounds.

Adolescents aged 16 and over may enter the open-air event until midnight without being accompanied by a person with parental authority or legal guardian.* 
After 12am they need to be accompanied by the person with parental authority.
&nbsp;
“Legal guardian” means the person who has sole or joint custody of the child with another person in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code.

25 Jahre – and it don’t stop!

Most people already know The Green Euro.

&nbsp;

The principle behind it is: 1 euro from each festival ticket is used to fund sustainability measures. The splash! team then doubles this amount again and half of the resulting budget will be used for the development of green infrastructures on the festival grounds, the other half will be donated to an NGO or initiative that the splash! team chooses each year.

This year, we decided to use the contributions from the Green Euro to support the Naturpark D&uuml;bner Heide e.V., which is committed to the renaturation of the J&ouml;sigk nature reserve. The nature reserve not far from our festival grounds in Ferropolis serves both as a habitat for numerous endangered species, but is also an effective carbon storage source, which means it provides valuable support for climate protection.

With the donations, the moor and its endangered and protected plant and animal species will be nurtured, the drainage of the area will be counteracted and an information and communication center for the area will be built.

These measures contribute to the protection of the moor and a positive microclimate in the region and preserve important habitats for animals and plants.

Das bedeutet, dass du vor Ort ganz bequem entweder mit deinem Chip am Armband oder an den Ständen per EC- oder Kreditkarte (VISA & Mastercard) bezahlen kannst. Den RFID-Chip erhältst du am Bändchentausch am Einlass. Dieser kann für dich die Funktion der digitalen Geldbörse übernehmen, wenn du das möchtest. 
Du kannst sowohl vor als auch während des Events Geld auf Deinen Chip laden und dann schnell und bequem auf dem Festivalgelände bezahlen. So hast Du nicht nur eine unkomplizierte und bequeme Zahlungsmöglichkeit, sondern auch immer einen Überblick über alle Deine Transaktionen und Ausgaben. Nach dem Festival kannst Du Dein Restguthaben online zurückfordern. Wir empfehlen Dir aber, vor der Veranstaltung einen Cashless Account auf unserer Website einzurichten. <h2>Warum vorab aufladen?</h2>
Es gibt zahlreiche Vorzüge, um deinen Account vor dem Festival aufzuladen:
Da auf dem gesamten Festivalgelände ausschließlich bargeldlos gezahlt wird, kann an den Bars und Ständen schneller und einfacher abgerechnet werden. Wenn du den Account vor dem Festival auflädst, entstehen weniger Wartezeiten!
Weitere Vorteile sind:

 <li>kein Bargeld oder Card-Holder, die beim Feiern verloren gehen. Der RFID-Chip ist fest mit dem Armband verbunden;</li>

<h2>NUTZUNG VON CASHLESS PAYMENT MITTELS CHIP/ARMBAND AUF DEM VERANSTALTUNGSGELÄNDE </h2>
<h3>Warum Cashless Payment (bargeldloses Bezahlen per Chip/Armband)? </h3>
Wir, Goodlive Festival GmbH, Henriettenstr. 16-18, 09112 Chemnitz, haben den Catering-Dienstleister Gastrobüro GmbH & Co. KG, Ferropolisstraße 1, 06773 Gräfenhainichen (im Folgenden: „Catering-Dienstleister / GB“) mit der Organisation von Gastronomie und Merchandising auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände, einschließlich eines Cashless Payment Systems, betraut. Das Cashless Payment System vereinfacht die Bezahlung auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände und verkürzt die Wartezeiten. Du brauchst kein Bargeld und keine Geldkarten mit Dir rumzutragen. Du siehst, wieviel Du ausgegeben hast und kannst Deinen Cashless Payment Chip sperren lassen, wenn es Probleme gibt. 
<h3>Wie funktioniert Cashless Payment?</h3>
Du bekommst ein Armband mit einem Chip, auf den Du Guthaben aufladen kannst, mit dem Du bezahlen kannst. Dazu musst Du den Chip beim Bezahlen an ein Lesegerät halten. 
Das Cashless Payment System betreibt „Catering-Dienstleister / GB“ nicht selbst, sondern „Catering-Dienstleister / GBs“ Kooperationspartner Weezevent (<a href="https://www.weezevent.com/">https://www.weezevent.com/</a>), 10 Rue Morice, 92110 Clichy (Frankreich). Wenn Du auf der Veranstaltung etwas bezahlst (z.B. Merchandise / Food & Drinks), wird der Anbieter hierfür Dein Vertragspartner. Wenn etwas mit der Ware / Dienstleistung nicht stimmen sollte, solltest Du Dich an den Anbieter wenden; Weezevent übernimmt nur die Zahlungsabwicklung.
<h3>Wie bekomme ich den Chip?</h3>
Du erhältst den Chip am Einlass des Veranstaltungsgeländes, wenn Du Dein Ticket vorzeigst. 
<h3>Wie lade ich Guthaben auf den Chip? </h3>
Um Guthaben auf Deinen Chip aufladen zu können, musst Du ihn aktivieren. Du kannst Deinen Chip an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort oder online aktivieren und aufladen. Wenn Du Deinen Chip online aktivieren und aufladen willst, musst Du Dir zunächst einen virtuellen Account einrichten. Das kannst Du auch schon vor Beginn der Veranstaltung machen. Den Link zum Einrichten eines virtuellen Accounts, zur Aktivierung des Chips und zum Aufladen des Chips online findest Du weiter oben.
Wenn Dein Chip leer ist und Du noch etwas ausgeben möchtest, kannst Du an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort oder online (sofern Du Dir schon einen virtuellen Account eingerichtet hast) nachladen. Insgesamt kannst Du bis zu EUR 250 pro Monat auf Deinen Chip aufladen. 
Für die Aktivierung und das Aufladen Deines Chips an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort stehen Dir folgende Zahlungsmittel zur Verfügung: EC Karte, Kredit Karte (VISA, Mastercard), ApplePay, GooglePay. Für die Aktivierung und das Aufladen Deines Chips online stehen Dir folgende Zahlungsmittel zur Verfügung: Kredit Karte (VISA, Mastercard), ApplePay, GooglePay, Paypal.
Die Online-Aktivierung Deines Chips ist bis zum 02.07.2025 um 11:59 Uhr kostenlos. Aktivierst Du Deinen Chip ab dem 02.07.2025 um 12:00 online oder an den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort, wird Dir eine einmalige Gebühr in Höhe von 1,50 Euro berechnet. 
Bis zum 02.07.2025 um 11:59 Uhr kannst Du kostenlos online Guthaben auf Deinen Chip auf- oder nachladen. Ab dem 01.06.2025 um 10:00 Uhr wird Dir für Online-Auf- oder Nachladungen per PayPal eine Gebühr in Höhe von 1,80 Euro pro Auf- oder Nachladung berechnet. Mit sämtlichen übrigen Dir zur Verfügung stehenden Zahlungsmitteln kannst Du weiterhin kostenlos online Guthaben auf Deinen Chip auf- oder nachladen. An den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort kannst Du zu jeder Zeit kostenlos Guthaben auf Deinen Chip auf- oder nachladen.
<h3>Kann ich mein Guthaben sehen? </h3>
Dein aktuelles Guthaben kannst Du beim Bezahlvorgang an allen Verkaufsständen auf der Veranstaltung sehen. An den Cashless Payment Stationen vor Ort und online (sofern Du Dir schon einen virtuellen Account eingerichtet hast) kannst Du Dein Guthaben und alle bisherigen Zahlungsvorgänge abrufen.
<h3>Wie kann ich mit dem Chip bezahlen?</h3>
Wenn Du mit dem Chip bezahlen möchtest, halte ihn an das Lesegerät am Verkaufsstand. Das Lesegerät zeigt Dir nach der Zahlung das Restguthaben auf dem Chip an. Sollte ein unerwarteter Betrag abgebucht worden sein, kläre dies bitte direkt vor Ort, damit die Transaktion ggf. storniert werden kann.
Bitte beachte, dass Du Zahlungen, die Du ausgelöst hast, nicht selbst rückgängig machen kannst. Sofern Du das Problem nicht vor Ort klären kannst, wende Dich an die am Ende dieser Information genannten Kontaktadressen. 
Achte gut auf Deinen Chip, denn auch andere können das aufgeladene Guthaben benutzen, wenn Du den Chip verlierst oder weitergibst. Hierfür erhältst Du keine Erstattung.
<h3>Was passiert, wenn mein Chip nicht funktioniert oder ich ihn nicht mehr habe? </h3>
Sollte es mit dem Chip technische Probleme geben, kannst Du ihn sperren lassen und erhältst gebührenfrei einen neuen Chip mit übertragenem Guthaben. 
Du kannst Deinen Chip auch kostenlos sperren lassen und einen neuen Chip mit übertragenem Guthaben erhalten, wenn Du ihn nicht mehr hast.

<h3>Ist mein Chip personalisiert oder anonym?</h3>
Auf Deinem Chip ist eine individuell Chip-ID gespeichert, die mit Deinem Namen und Deiner E-Mail-Adresse in Deinem virtuellen Account verknüpft und gespeichert wird. Diese Daten werden für die Rückerstattung und das Übertragen von Guthaben benötigt. Es wird auch im virtuellen Account aufgezeichnet, wann, an welchem Verkaufsstand und in welcher Höhe Guthaben von dem Chip abgebucht wurde. Diese Daten werden benötigt, um mit den Anbietern vor Ort abzurechen und helfen Gastrobüro, das Waren- & Dienstleistungsangebot in der Zukunft noch besser zu gestalten. Hierzu werden alle Daten zuerst anonymisiert, bevor sie analysiert werden. Weitere Informationen zur Datenverarbeitung, erhältst Du hier: <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/data-protection">https://splash-festival.de/en/data-protection</a> . Du darfst Deinen Chip nicht an eine andere Person übertragen (z.B. verschenken oder verkaufen). Selbstverständlich darfst Du ihn aber einem Freund geben, damit er Dir ein Getränk mitbringt.
<h3>Wie funktioniert die Erstattung des Restguthabens? </h3>
Innerhalb der ersten vier Wochen nach Ende der Veranstaltung musst Du Dein Erstattungsverlangen über Deinen virtuellen Account stellen. Dein Restguthaben wird Dir dann kostenlos unverzinst von Weezevent erstattet. 
Nach Ablauf von vier Wochen nach Ende der Veranstaltung musst Du Dein Erstattungsverlangen per E-Mail an „Catering-Dienstleister / GB“ (E-Mail-Adresse: <a href="mailto:cashless@splash-festival.de">cashless@splash-festival.de</a>) richten. Bitte vergiss nicht, Deine Bankverbindung und Chipnummer mitzuteilen. Das Guthaben wird Dir dann kostenlos unverzinst von „Catering-Dienstleister / GB“ erstattet. 
Bitte bewahre den Chip auf, bis Du die Erstattung erhalten hast. Den Anspruch auf Rückerstattung kannst Du nicht auf eine andere Person übertragen. Rabattaktionen und sonstige Aktionen, für die nichts bezahlt wurde, sind nicht erstattungsfähig. 
<h3>Kann ich mein Guthaben für eine andere Veranstaltung verwenden? </h3>
Nein, Du kannst den Chip mit Deinem Guthaben nur bei dieser Veranstaltung einsetzen. 
<h3>An wen kann ich mich bei Problemen wenden? </h3>
„Catering-Dienstleister / GB“ hat eine eigene Crew, die viel Erfahrung mit Cashless Payment hat und Dir alle Fragen beantworten kann.

<h1>Parking regulations</h1>1. parking in the designated parking lot is only permitted with a valid ticket. The road traffic regulations apply throughout the parking lot. Vehicles must always drive at walking pace. Escape and rescue lanes must be kept clear at all times. 	 2. there is no entitlement to a specific parking space. Parking spaces are allocated by the organizer's staff. The staff must be obeyed. 	 3. motor vehicles may only be parked in the parking area in the designated parking spaces. Illegal parking is prohibited and will be prosecuted by the authorities. 	 4. only motor vehicles with a maximum permissible overall length of 5 m may be parked in the parking lot. For safety reasons, camping in the parking lot is prohibited. 	 5. visitors are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. Parking on the grounds is at the visitor's own risk. Vehicles parked in the parking lots will not be guarded. The organizer accepts no liability for damage caused by theft or damage to vehicles parked in the parking lots.

<h3>Which types of tickets will be available?</h3>
The&nbsp;Festival Ticket&nbsp;gives you access to the campsite and festival grounds for the entire festival and allows you to attend the live program.&nbsp;
In addition to the Festival Ticket, you can also get the Premium Ticket for more comfort including Fast Lane, Sani and Bus Flat and other benefits. You can find all the benefits in the <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/tickets">ticket information</a>.
<h3>What's the difference between festival ticket and premium ticket?</h3>
FESTVIAL TICKET
The Festival Ticket gives you access to the camping and festival grounds. If you want a little more comfort, you can get the Premium Ticket.
 PREMIUM TICKET
With this ticket you enjoy the following benefits:

<h3>What additional ticket do I need, if I travel by car or caravan?</h3>
If you want to park your car in our central parking lot on the main road, you will need a Car Parking Add On in addition to your Weekend Ticket.
If you want to park your car next to your tent or have a camper/caravan, you will need a Car/Caravan Camping Add On in addition to your Weekend Ticket. Premium Ticket holder have the Car/Caravan Camping ticket already included in their ticket.
Car/Caravan Camping:

Our camping areas are divided into areas for tent only camping and car/caravan camping. 
If you want to camp right next to your car or caravan, you will need a car/caravan camping ticket from our <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/tickets">ticket shop</a>.
Please note: Premium customers do not need to buy an extra car/caravan camping ticket. This is already included in the Premium ticket.&nbsp;

<h3>Is the Car/Caravan Add On valid per person or per vehicle?</h3>
The Car/Caravan Camping Add On is valid per vehicle with up to 4 people. If you are a group of e.g. 4 people with weekend tickets in one vehicle, you only need one Car/Caravan Camping Ticket.
<h3>What do the different ticket phases mean?</h3>
Our festival ticket phases are like a journey through time. There is a certain contingent in all ticket phases. When one is exhausted, all tickets of that price category have been sold - meaning we jump to the next ticket phase.
Here's the thing: The earlier you grab your ticket (e.g. phase 1), the more you save. We want our loyal festival goers to be rewarded and get the best prizes. So be smart, grab your ticket early and enjoy the time of your life together with us 🥳🎶.

<h3>Can I share a ticket with a friend? One person is coming on thursday and friday and another on saturday?</h3>
No, that is not possible. Each ticket is only valid for one person at a time and cannot be shared with others.
<h3>Can I buy tickets on site?</h3>
There will be no cash register on site. Ticketsales will only be available online <a href="https://splash-festival.de/en/tickets">here</a>. We advise you to buy tickets from home since we cannot guarantee a solid mobile data reception at the festival ground.

<h3>Do I have free choice of parking space with my car/caravan?</h3>
You and your friends have free choice of space on the BLUE and PURPLE tent-only camping areas. This also applies to the PREMIUM campsite. 
You will be allocated a space on the designated camping areas for car/caravan camping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and all necessary safety requirements are met.
If you want to camp together with your friends, it is best to arrive together.
<h3>Can I get access to power/water for my caravan?</h3>
No we cannot supply power or water for your caravan. Running water will be available at the water fountains and sanitary facilities.
<h3>What dimensions and requirements must my car or caravan have?</h3>
The following applies to all vehicles:
<ul>
	<li>Maximum length of the vehicle according to the vehicle registration documents: 8.0m</li>
	<li>Perm. total weight of the vehicle according to the vehicle registration documents: 3.5t</li>
</ul>
 
Allowed: Trailers with associated towing passenger cars, motor homes, caravans with associated towing passenger cars, folding trailers with associated towing passenger cars, and vans with built-in sleeping accommodations.
The specifications in the vehicle registration certificate apply.
<h3>Can I install a pavilion next to my car/caravan?</h3>
Yes, you can. We want you to have enough shade and protection from rain. However, when choosing your pavilion, please be mindful of the other visitors and do not block an entire soccer field. We want all ticket holders to be able to find a place on our camping grounds.&nbsp;
In case of oversized setups or complaints, the instructions of our staff must be followed.
<h3>Can I leave the camping ground with my vehicle at any time?</h3>
Basically, you can leave the camping ground anytime. Although entering and leaving the car camping grounds is only possible once. Leaving the camping grounds with your vehicle will revoke your car camping ticket validity.&nbsp;
<h3>Is the campsite accessible to all?</h3>
splash! festival is for everyone! We have been implementing accessibility concepts on the festival site for many years. In addition to grandstands, separate access routes and dedicated sanitary facilities, there is also a low-barrier campsite right next to the concert area that can be used if required. The accessibility of the regular campsite cannot be guaranteed due to the natural conditions.

<h3>Is it allowed to have a barbecue?</h3>
Barbecuing is generally permitted in the camping areas. However, this permission may be withdrawn by the festival management due to current weather conditions and fire protection measures. 
Open fires and gas cylinders are prohibited on the entire site. Exceptions are TÜV-certified gas installations in mobile homes and caravans, as well as camping gas cartridges up to 500g.
<h3>Is there a sanitary and shuttle flat rate again this year?</h3>
For all guests who also want to use water toilets, showers or the festival shuttle, a flat rate will be offered for unlimited use of these services. 
PREMIUM purchasers will receive these flat rates pre-charged as soon as they receive their festival wristband.
<h3>Which beverage containers am I allowed to bring with me?</h3>
Glass containers are strictly prohibited on festival and camping grounds. You can only bring non-alcoholic beverages in 1,5l Tetra Pak containers or foldable drinking bottles to the festival grounds. Drinking water is available at the water fountains free of charge.
<h3>How do I get from the camping site to the festival area?&nbsp;</h3>
As every year there will be a bus shuttle between the camping site and the festival area. Visitors with a Shuttle Flatrate ride on these shuttles for free. For visitors with a premium ticket, the premium shuttle is available. Alternatively, you can also reach the festival area by foot. The walk takes about 15 to 20 minutes and leads along the Gremminer See.

<h3>Rules on the festival grounds</h3>
To ensure that all visitors feel safe and comfortable, your cooperation is required.
Here you will find the most important safety rules at a glance:
<ul>
	<li>Basically: use your common sense. Be considerate of others and help other people if needed. Of course, you can always approach our awareness staff or other employees who can then provide further support.</li>
	<li>We do not tolerate racist, sexist or discriminatory behavior of any kind. Anyone who does not comply with this runs the risk of being excluded from the festival.</li>
	<li>No glass is allowed on the entire site due to the high risk of injury.</li>
	<li>Barbecues are permitted on the campsite in the containers provided for this purpose (see <a href="https://splash-festival.de/info/faq#erlaubte-und-verbotene-gegenstande">permitted and prohibited items</a>). Please always follow the instructions of our staff.</li>
	<li>Open fires are prohibited for fire safety reasons.</li>
	<li>Weapons are prohibited on the entire site. Cutlery is allowed on the campsite, but unfortunately not on the festival grounds.</li>
	<li>Noise level on the campsite: Of course we want you to have as much fun as possible at our festival around the clock.</li>
	<li>And even if some of you have a long party breath and inexhaustible energy for 3 days in a row, we still ask you to keep the background noise as low as possible, especially at night on the campsite, and to be considerate of those who might want to relax a little so that everyone has enough energy for the next day.</li>
	<li>Stages and crowd barriers: Due to large crowds, various areas in front of the stages may be temporarily closed. This is solely for the safety of visitors and due to official requirements. Again, please be considerate of others and follow the instructions of the staff.</li>

<h3>Bag and body checks</h3>
On the festival site, our security staff will ensure that the entire event runs safely. You and your bags will be checked when you first enter the campsite to prevent you from carrying dangerous items. In addition, all guests will be checked when entering the concert area.

<h3>Is there anything to eat on the festival area?&nbsp;</h3>
In the festival area you will find a variety of food and beverage stands. Here you can snack through different types of streetfood and will find something for every taste. Of course there are also vegan and vegetarian offers. The same goes for the camping site, of course.&nbsp;
<h3>Is there a supermarket at the festival?</h3>
The closest supermarkets are in Gräfenhainichen, a three to four kilometer walk from the campground. You can also get drinks at the mini-market on the campsite. &nbsp;

<h3>Why are my favorite acts playing at the same time?&nbsp;</h3>
As with all festivals, clashes in the timetable cannot be avoided at splash! Festival. This can be due to production reasons, but also to the tour routing of the artists, contractual conditions or safety aspects like the maximum capacity of the areas in front of the stages. If your two favorite acts are playing at the same time, you can of course switch between the shows at any time. &nbsp;
<h3>Why are there breaks of different lengths between the shows?&nbsp;</h3>
Depending on the size of the stage and the complexity of the concert production, extensive reconstruction measures are necessary between the shows, which take some time. This is the only way we can guarantee you the best possible stage and sound experience.
<h3>Why do you publish the timetable only shortly before the festival?&nbsp;</h3>
A festival with over 140 program points is subject to a lot of planning factors, which can still shift until shortly before the event. Since we want to present you a timetable as reliable as possible, it will be published only a few weeks before the festival.
<h3>Why is my favorite act not playing this year?&nbsp;</h3>
This can have various reasons, such as tour routing and thus the availability of your favorite acts. By the way, on Instagram we regularly start polls about which acts you would like to see next year and take your suggestions into account in the booking process. We also look forward to your input in our visitor survey after the festival!&nbsp;
<h3>Will there be any cancellations of artists this year?&nbsp;</h3>
Of course we hope not. However, cancellations are unfortunately beyond our control. We unfortunately can't exclude that artists can't come to the festival in time or not at all, e.g. because of health reasons or because flights are cancelled. However, as in every year, we will make every effort to find a worthy replacement, even in the case of last-minute cancellations.&nbsp;
