After you have registered at kulturpass.de and secured your €200 credit, you can redeem your splash! with just a few steps:

1. Reserve your ticket via the "reserve" button on the KulturPass website.
2. Afterwards, please send us an e-mail to the following address: ticketing@goodlive.ag with the following data:
   • First- and Last Name 
   • Your e-mail adress 
   • Your order number (You can find the number in your "Kulturpass" account)
   • ATTENTION: This step is important, otherwise your ticket cannot be delivered
3. We will then send you an e-mail with your ticket, which must be activated in your Ticketmaster account.
4. Your ticket is now stored in your Ticketmaster account.
