Have cashless credit refunded

You now have the option to get your remaining Cashless balance refunded.

And this is how it works:

1. go to “Cashless Wallet” in the app or via the widget, then click on “My Account”.Ab sofort hast du die Möglichkeit, dir dein Cashless Restguthaben zurückerstatten zu lassen.

2. Follow the log in/registration process in the Cashless widget.

3. Enter your chip number.

4. below the balance is the “Refund” button.

5. click on “Request for refund”("Antrag auf Erstattung").
