Refunds can be made via your Cashless account shortly after the festival. 

It is important that you keep the chip until you have received your refund. 

This is how it works

1. After the festival, you’ll get an email that that states when the refunds are open. 

2. Log into your cashless account. Click "Withdraw" under "Transactions" to request a refund. 

3. It takes about 2 weeks to get your money back. 

A small transaction fee is charged for the refund. This covers the costs for staff, transaction fees, the helpdesk, online support and logistics and is a one-off fee of 0.50 euros with a minimum balance of 1 euro.
