We want to create a space with you in which we can all celebrate away from discriminatory behavior and focus on a shared, self-determined festival experience - without losing sight of consideration for each other. We want to raise awareness of individual boundaries and ensure that Ferropolis is a place where everyone can feel comfortable.
All forms of discrimination such as sexism, racism, queerophobia, etc. are not welcome at our festival.
If you are affected, feel uncomfortable or do not feel safe, you have the opportunity to contact our crew with the question "Where to Panama?". We will assist you as quickly as possible and without any questions - no matter what is on your mind or what you need support with.
Our team is briefed accordingly and marked with pink buttons. Our awareness team wears pink vests with an eye printed on them. They will be happy to help you directly or you can come to the "Panama" retreat - you will find it marked on the map.
At our events, we offer a place to go, a retreat to escape the hustle and bustle for a moment. The Panama Stations and the Awareness Team are intended to enable visitors to the festivals to receive self-determined and self-defined help/support/hearing. Those affected decide for themselves how they perceive their experiences and the Awareness Team helps them to find solutions together.
The awareness team will wear pink high-visibility vests during the festival and will be present on the site and campsite. At least one person from the team will always remain at the contact points to offer support.
The splash! is for everyone! For many years we have been implementing a concept for accessibility on site in cooperation with KulTh e.V. / Barrier-free Festival. This includes audience platforms, access routes and toilets for people with walking disabilities, as well as barrier-free camping facilities. You can find more information on this at KulTh e.V.
You will require a regular festival ticket for your festival visit. There are no special tickets for visitors with disabilities. If you have a disabled pass with a B rating, you can bring a companion free of charge. An extra ticket for your companion is not necessary, but they must be registered in advance via info@kulth-ev.de. At splash! you and your companion will then check in together at the guest list. Of course, any person with a disability of any kind or degree can also contact kulTH e.V. for questions and support.
At splash! you can expect, among other things, a separate barrier-free campsite, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the festival site and is easily accessible by car. The toilets and showers are also close by. You are of course free to take advantage of this offer or to stay in the regular camping area of your ticket category. We also have barrier-free toilets and a platform in front of the main stages.
If you need assistance, no matter what type or degree of disability you have, want to refrigerate your medication or need electricity for your wheelchair, please contact us in advance - we will support you so that you can enjoy your stay!
