• A lost and found office will be set up at the site entrance (Infopoint) during the festival. On Monday after the festival, the lost and found office will be located at the site exit (intersection B107/ Ferropolisstraße).

• From Tuesday after the festival, you can find cell phones, identity cards, driving licenses, bank and health insurance cards in the lost and found office in Gräfenhainichen or at graefenhainichen.de

Everything else (e.g. bags) you can ask directly at the lost and found office in Ferropolis.
